Ready-mix concrete and pump service, sourced from our own pits and delivered across the Rio Grande Valley.
Four divisions. Six cities. 40+ years in the Rio Grande Valley.
CAPA, short for Concrete, Asphalt, Pipe, and Aggregates, was built on a simple idea: contractors should not have to coordinate five vendors to pour one slab. We produce our own aggregates, batch our own concrete, manufacture our own pipe, and lay our own asphalt, then deliver it all from plants across the Rio Grande Valley.
Under the CAPA name sit Magic Valley Concrete, Upper Valley Materials, and Rio Valley Pipe, three specialized operations working as one supply chain, now reaching north to Laredo.
Concrete, asphalt, pipe, and aggregates from a single point of contact.
Aggregates produced in-house, not purchased and marked up.
Plants across Mission, Edinburg, La Feria, San Benito, Brownsville, and Laredo.
Materials produced to meet TxDOT and municipal standards.
CAPA grew from a regional aggregates and ready-mix operation into the Rio Grande Valley's one-stop materials company.
CAPA starts where every project starts: sand, rock, and ready-mix concrete produced close to the job site.
Upper Valley Materials and Rio Valley Pipe join the family, adding paving and reinforced concrete pipe to the lineup.
CAPA becomes the Valley's go-to source for concrete, asphalt, pipe, and aggregates on a single invoice.
Service expands to Laredo, and CAPA starts building the digital tools that define its next 40 years.

Some pours need more than a chute. CAPA's boom and line pumps place concrete precisely, at height, around obstacles, and across distances a mixer truck alone cannot cover.
Concrete arrives on schedule, coordinated with your pump request from the same phone call.
Our operators set up the pump with a clear read on access, overhead lines, and ground conditions.
Concrete goes exactly where the plan calls for, at the rate the pour requires.
A rough cubic-yard estimate before you call. CAPA confirms the final number.

This is an estimate only. Confirm final quantity, waste allowance, and mix specifications with a CAPA representative before ordering.
From Laredo to Brownsville, CAPA plants and yards put concrete, asphalt, pipe, and aggregates within reach of most Valley job sites.
Materials supplied for one of the Valley's largest entertainment and sports venues.
Concrete and paving for campuses built to handle decades of daily use.
Materials supplied for a major public recreation and sports complex.
Concrete, pumps, asphalt, pipe, and aggregates move through a single point of contact instead of five separate vendors.
Four decades of production and delivery across the Rio Grande Valley, with the plant network to back it up.
Materials produced to meet TxDOT and municipal specifications, checked from the batch plant to the pour.
A team that helps with design and estimating questions instead of routing every call to voicemail.
A website is where this starts. Here is where CAPA is headed.
Active projects, open invoices, delivery schedules, and pump requests, visible the moment a customer logs in instead of the moment they call.
Request concrete and pumps, track a delivery, and reorder a mix from the truck cab, not the office.
Instant guidance on yardage, pump scheduling, and quote requests, day or night, without waiting on hold.
Website visits, quote requests, and portal activity rolled into a single view for the people running the business.
